We’re so confident you’ll love your Leerose & Co products that we back every order with our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee!

If you’re not totally obsessed when your order arrives, no worries—you have 30 days to return it for a refund (minus shipping costs) or exchange it. No awkward questions asked!

To qualify:

  • Your item must be unused, in brand new condition, and in the original packaging

  • You must contact us and return the item within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Return shipping is at your own cost

  • Sale items and BOGO offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

📬 Return Shipping

You’ll be responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

We recommend using tracked shipping — we’re not responsible for items lost in return transit.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
